NEW OFFER FOR THE CI COMMUNITY

A coordination meeting for a new course was held in Kraków at the NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence.

With a large amount of data to be processed, the digital world is a sign of our times. It affects all walks of life, including counter-intelligence. The NATO CI COE respond to this challenge by offering a new course for CI analysts.

The future NATO Counter Intelligence Analyst Course will teach NATO-specific CI analytical standards, policies, procedures, and terminology according to NATO publications. To achieve the goal, NATO and national experts for three days discussed how to de-conflict the content of the future course and how to deliver a comprehensive knowledge on NATO CI analytical support for NATO CI-operations within Terrorism, Espionage, Subversion, Sabotage and Organized Crime (TESSOC) framework at the tactical/operational level. The outcome of the meeting will launch the official Training Needs Analysis Working-group, conducted by the Department-Head and the Requirement Authority to set up and approve the course’s schedule and complete the Course Control Documents.

We are looking forward to the final product.
