Defense Attachés accredited in Slovakia paid a visit to the NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence in Kraków.
The foreign visitors met with the NATO CI COE Director Colonel Robert Bala and his deputy Colonel Martin Achimovič. Diplomats from five NATO countries were briefed on the Centre’s history, current status, and way ahead. The vital part of the Director’s speech focused on the main projects of the Centre, including the counter-intelligence (CI) training program, collection of lessons learned, and development of CI doctrines and procedures. Participants showed a great interest in the Centre’s activity. An excellent discussion followed the Director’s presentation.
