COE MARKETPLACE AT NATO HQ

The NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence took part in the 2026 Centres of Excellence (COE) Marketplace, held on 12–13 May 2026 at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. The event brought together all NATO‑accredited COEs to demonstrate how their expertise supports Alliance priorities and operational requirements.

During the two‑day programme, the Centre’s stand was visited by numerous representatives of NATO Headquarters. Visitors were able to familiarise themselves with the Centre’s mission, ongoing work, and examples of products and deliverables provided to NATO, reflecting the wider COE network’s role in capability development, interoperability and transformation efforts . Guests could explore not only the Centre’s innovative and comprehensive training portfolio, but also potential avenues for future cooperation within NATO’s broader security framework.

This year, particular emphasis was placed on promoting the NATO Counter‑Intelligence Awareness Online Course, presented as a foundational learning tool for understanding CI‑related threats and strengthening the ability to recognise hostile activities and their operational mechanisms. Highlighting this course aligned with the Marketplace’s purpose of connecting COE expertise with NATO’s evolving requirements in a dynamic security environment marked by rapid technological change and persistent threats.

The Centre’s participation reinforced its commitment to supporting NATO through specialised knowledge, advanced training solutions and continuous engagement with the Alliance’s political‑military community.
