The NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence took part in the third edition of the Centres of Excellence (COE) Marketplace.
COE Marketplace is a biannual event during which Centres of Excellences have the opportunity to share their work with NATO leadership and the larger NATO stakeholder community. The organizer of this meeting is Allied Command Transformation (ACT) which is the Command responsible for establishing, accreditation, and preparing candidates to join the Centres of Excellence community.
Thirty Centres of Excellence participated in this COE Marketplace iteration. The event was opened by Acting Assistant Secretary General – Defence Investment Mr. Robert Weaver and Deputy Chief of Staff Joint Force Development Rear Admiral Placido Torresi. They also participated in a directors’ session where various vital topics of interest to NATO were discussed.
During the two-day event, the NATO CI COE’s stand was visited by many members of NATO Headquarters, who could learn about the work and share examples of products and outputs delivered to NATO. As part of the Centre’s promotion, guests could learn not only about the rich, innovative training offer and potential cooperation opportunities but also try regional products from Poland and Slovakia, which are the NATO CI COE Framework Countries.
