AMERICAN LAWMAKERS IN THE NATO CI COE

Members of the U.S. House of Representatives visited Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence.

The delegation consisted of five members of congress led by U.S. Representative Ross Dennis pay a visit in the NATO CI COE on March, 12nd. Consul General in Krakow Walter Braunohler also took part in the meeting. American guests met the NATO CI COE director colonel Robert Bala, his deputy colonel Martin Achimovič and a key personnel of the Centre.

U.S. Congress representatives were briefed on the NATO CI COE operating procedures, current tasks and activities as well as development plans. The Director specifically focused on the Centre’s contribution to NATO in the field of counter intelligence. One of the important topics discussed during the meeting was the ongoing process of the US accession to the Centre.
