This year marks the 20th anniversary of the accession of Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary to NATO and the 15th anniversary of Slovakia joining NATO. All these four countries are sponsoring nations of the NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence.
On Sunday, March 10, in the 1st Armored Brigade in Wesoła, a meeting was held between the Prime Ministers of Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia and the Defence Ministers of these countries on the occasion of the membership of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries in NATO. Soldiers from all V4 armed forces and many other armies serving in Poland in the enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) initiative also attended the ceremony and representatives of all located in Poland institutions and structures of the Alliance, including NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence members.
The Prime Ministers, Defence Ministers and all guests also watched the presentation of training of the soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces.
