On the evening of 29 September, the NATO Counter Intelligence Centre of Excellence (NATO CI COE) marked its 10th anniversary with a commemorative concert in Kraków. The event brought together distinguished guests, personnel, and performers for a celebration blended emotion, reflection, and music — a tribute to the values that unite the NATO community.
The concert was performed by the Military Orchestra in Kraków, whose musicians in uniform delivered a program rich in cinematic themes, timeless popular songs, and traditional pieces that resonated deeply with the spirit of the occasion. The audience was invited on a journey through melodies that transcend generations and borders.
Prior to the performance, the Centre's director addressed the audience, reflecting on the significance of the anniversary and the shared mission that has guided the Centre over the past decade. As part of the celebration, commemorative medals were presented to key contributors — including the heads of intelligence and counter-intelligence services from the sponsoring nations and ACCI — in recognition of their leadership and enduring support.
As the music filled the hall, one message resonated: the Centre’s strength lies not only in its achievements but also in its values. Cooperation, unity, trust, and cultural understanding remain at the heart of NATO’s collective security. The concert symbolically closed one chapter and opened another, reaffirming the Centre’s commitment to international cooperation.
